Things You Need to Do This Week...

You need to check out Class Pass!  Personally, it's tough for me to commit to one type of exercise.  I like to switch it up, try new things, work my muscles in different ways.  Class Pass allows me to visit multiple studios throughout the month without officially joining any of them.  Class Pass acts as my membership for 3 classes at nearly every fitness studio in my area.  It has contributed to my recent obsession with Pure Barre, although I'm sure there are a lot of other new experiences to come.  Keep posted, I'll fill you in with all the deets!  In the meantime, It's the New Twenty readers can register through my link to skip the wait list and start using your Class Pass asap!  Try it out and let me know what you think!

For Your Mind...
Take a minute to sit back, relax, and appreciate the things that really matter.  I'll explain later, but this weekend really opened my eyes to this.  We have a tendency to stress out about money, career, checking everything off of our personal goals list... but when it comes down to it, that's not really what matters in life.  Appreciate all that you have and thank God for your blessings.  Then, pray for those who really need them.  It's actually pretty uplifting to realize you don't have to do it all to have it all.
